Orbit36ty Command Center is a personal AI desktop application designed for private productivity, automation, and knowledge management.
The application may process local conversation history, application settings, knowledge records, and other information provided by its owner. Connected AI services may process information submitted to them during use.
Google Drive integration is optional and requires the owner's authorization. The application requests the drive.file permission to create and manage files it uses for backups.
Recovery archives are encrypted locally before being uploaded to Google Drive. Uploading requires explicit user approval. Backup archives may contain application data, so the encryption passphrase must be kept secure.
On Windows, Google Drive refresh credentials are stored using operating-system-protected mechanisms. OAuth credentials are not intentionally included in recovery archives. Encryption passphrases are not stored by the application.
Google Drive backup data is transferred to Google only when the owner authorizes an upload. Other connected AI services may receive prompts or task information as necessary for requested tasks.
The owner can disconnect Google Drive through the application. Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously uploaded backups. Those files can be managed through Google Drive.
